Description
Petersburg Borough seeks a qualified engineering firm to provide construction administration and project inspection for a small-vessel haul-out project. The underlying construction includes a concrete haul-out ramp, wash-down pad and filtration/grit chamber, breakwater extension, site fill and grading, and water, sewer, and electrical connections, with optional boarding-float and utility-piping work. Services span preconstruction, construction, and closeout. The firm will review contractor submittals, pay applications, change orders, claims, and requests for information; coordinate and document quality testing; monitor grant, Buy America, labor, permit, and environmental compliance; provide on-site inspection and reports; and support project closeout. Qualification statements must describe relevant experience, approach, staffing, team, and at least five similar projects and references. Three attached federal certifications must also be completed, signed, and submitted. The qualification statement is limited to 20 one-sided pages, single-spaced, with a font size of at least 12 points, and must be submitted as one PDF.
