Description
The U.S. Army is soliciting a firm-fixed-price contractor to inspect potable water storage tanks quarterly and maintain chlorination monitoring and injection systems monthly at Buildings 1169, 1185, 2400, and 5108. Work includes tank cleaning and draining, component cleaning, chlorine and reagent replacement, preventive maintenance, testing, repairs, emergency call-outs within two business days, and replacement of pumps, sensors, valves, cartridges, and related parts as needed. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, materials, transportation, tools, supervision, inspections, testing, and reporting. Required deliverables include inspection and maintenance reports, annual water sampling and testing, repair invoices, personnel qualifications, security and training documentation, and electronically submitted invoices through Wide Area WorkFlow. The solicitation evaluates technical acceptability, past performance, and price, with pricing required for the base year and four one-year option years; a six-month extension option may also be exercised.
