Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineering and Support Center in Huntsville, Alabama, is looking for qualified 8(a) firms to provide services for facility repair, renovation, conversion, alteration, additions, construction, and equipment procurement/installation for minor construction projects. These services will support the West Point Military Academy Repairs and will be performed within the Continental United States, specifically at the United States Military Academy in West Point, NY. The contract will be an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) type, with a single award task order contract (SATOC) anticipated. Individual task orders will be firm-fixed-price, with an anticipated range of $5,000 to $2,500,000 per task order. The overall capacity is approximately $24M, with a five-year ordering period. Work may include a broad range of multi-disciplinary facilities repair and renovation tasks, such as carpentry, roofing, interior/exterior elements, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, painting, and HVAC systems. Some task orders may also include environmental abatement, engineering studies, and furniture procurement.
