Description
Utah Non Profit Housing Corporation (UNPHC) is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the construction of a new single-family home located at 2217 Madison Ave, Ogden, Utah. All work must adhere to current industry standards and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Bidders must possess the necessary licenses, comply with insurance and bonding requirements, and demonstrate experience in building multiple single-family homes. As this project is partially funded by federal monies, contractors must comply with Executive Order 11625 and Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, ensuring that employment and economic opportunities are directed towards low- and very-low income persons.
