Description
This is a pre-solicitation notice for the renovation of two townhouses located at the Bell 2 housing compound in Ikoyi, Lagos, Nigeria. The Consulate General of the United States in Lagos will release the official solicitation on the beta.SAM.gov website when it becomes available. This is anticipated to be a one-time action project contract for a firm fixed-price type contract. The government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to contract award.
