Description
BCIT is seeking a General Contractor to renovate the existing Deli Space within SW01 into a new 'Alumni Exchange Space'. This space will serve as a hub for alumni to connect with students and faculty. The project also includes the creation of a new 'Invigilation Room' within the Accessibility Services office to accommodate the space needed for the 'Alumni Exchange Space'. The selected General Contractor will be required to coordinate with owner-engaged contractors for access control, security camera technology, and audio-visual technology scopes of work.
