The Societe quebecoise des infrastructures is conducting an open competitive procurement for technical janitorial services at two facilities: 551 Route 201 in Saint-Clet and 599 boulevard Harwood in Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec. The contract is required for 60 months, with services expected to begin on or about December 1, 2026. A bid guarantee equal to 3% of the bid amount is required. Bidders must maintain a permanent establishment in Quebec or a territory covered by an applicable intergovernmental agreement. Attendance at one of the two scheduled site visits is mandatory for eligibility. Proposals may be submitted electronically through SEAO or in paper form at the specified submission counter.
