Description
The City University of New York, on behalf of the College of Staten Island, requires comprehensive locksmithing services for incidental maintenance and repairs, as well as emergency repairs. Services include key duplication for various brands, maintenance and replacement of mortise locksets and cylinders, tightening and lubricating door hinges and locksets, opening locked desks and file cabinets, supplying keys, altering lockset functions, repairing or replacing door panic devices, and maintaining door closer fixtures. The contract will be for one year with two additional one-year renewal options. All work performed is subject to prevailing wage requirements set by the New York State Department of Labor for the Building Carpenter title in Richmond County.
