Description
The Brockton Housing Authority (BHA) is soliciting bids for on-call electrical repair and maintenance services. Multiple contracts will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible, and eligible bidders. The contract term is one year with an estimated annual value of $50,000. Bids must be submitted on the provided pricing sheets in a sealed envelope, accompanied by a bid deposit of 5% of the total bid amount. The project is subject to Massachusetts public bidding laws and HUD regulations. Minimum wage rates as determined by the Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development and the Davis-Bacon Act apply.
