Orange County, Florida is soliciting sealed offers for commercial doors and gates preventative maintenance and repairs for its Fire Rescue Department. The contract will cover services for various types of doors and gates, including motorized and manual overhead doors, and motorized gate systems across multiple fire stations and facilities. Services include regular preventative maintenance, like-for-like replacements, repairs to motor control systems, and emergency services available 24/7 with a one-hour response time. The scope of work requires technicians to perform inspections, cleaning, tightening, adjustments, lubrication, and repairs according to manufacturer manuals and industry best practices. Specific systems to be serviced include Lift Master, Tork Rite, and HySecurity door and gate operating systems.
