Description
The Minnesota Department of Transportation is requesting letters of interest from eligible, pre-qualified consultants to support right-of-way acquisition for State Project 2301-15 and US 63 in Spring Valley. The scope includes right-of-way work maps, parcel sketches, legal descriptions, building surveys, field title investigations, appraisals, relocation assistance, direct purchase negotiations, eminent-domain support, property management, electronic file submissions, and related project management and quality-control activities. The prime consultant must be pre-qualified in at least one identified work type, appear on the project-specific Official List, and identify any subcontractors and their work types. The required work types are Direct Purchase, Field Title Investigation, and R/W Appraisals—Level 2. Responses must include a letter of interest with project understanding, company and key-personnel qualifications, work plan, deliverables, resumes, required declarations and certifications, conflict-of-interest disclosure, and other applicable forms. The letter of interest is limited to seven pages, with resumes limited to one page per person; Calibri, at least 11-point font, single spacing, and single-sided 8.5-by-11-inch pages are required for the applicable response materials.
