Description
Dakota County Community Development Agency is soliciting sealed bids for all labor and materials required to replace access control systems at the Lakeside Pointe and Parkview Plaza senior housing developments. Bids must use the provided forms and bidding documents, include a Verification of Compliance form under Minnesota's Responsible Contractor's Act, and include bid security equal to 5% of the bid. Payment and performance bonds will be required from the awarded contractor. A mandatory pre-bid walkthrough of both developments is scheduled for September 23, 2026, and attendance is required of all bidders. Sealed bids will be publicly opened after the submission deadline.
