Description
The Dallas Independent School District is soliciting Requests for Qualifications from qualified firms to establish a pool of providers for comprehensive real property management and related support services on an as-needed basis. Potential assignments include property acquisitions, dispositions, occupancy planning, property management, property preservation, and other real estate-related projects. The scope will vary by assignment, and respondents must not submit pricing with their qualifications; compensation will be negotiated for each Assignment of Work based on its scope, complexity, schedule, and level of effort. The solicitation may support local, state, federal, and grant-funded programs and is issued under Title 2 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Part 200. The agreement has a three-year base term with two successive one-year extensions, for a maximum total term of five years. Vendors are encouraged to participate, including sole-source providers.
