Description
The City of Kelowna is seeking one qualified, licensed real estate brokerage to provide professional brokerage and advisory services on an as-needed basis for a diverse municipal real estate portfolio. Services may include residential and commercial acquisitions and dispositions, strategic land assembly, market analysis and valuation support, commercial leasing advisory, property marketing, offer management, negotiation support, transaction coordination, closing support, and quarterly market intelligence. The successful brokerage must maintain applicable British Columbia licensing, Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board membership, MLS access, and qualified representatives. The contract is for an initial three-year term, with optional one-year extensions, and assignments will be issued as needed without guaranteed volume or exclusivity. Proposals must address experience and qualifications, methodology and marketing plan, sustainability, pricing, and references/past performance; a sample commercial property marketing plan is specifically required.
