Description
Alma Area School District is seeking a third-party provider for Managed Internal Broadband Services, including managed Wi-Fi and the continuous operation, management, and monitoring of eligible internal broadband connection components. The scope includes 24-hour monitoring of eligible hardware and software, system-health reporting, LAN/WLAN management and repair, diagnostics, helpdesk support, professional installation, activation, initial configuration, network analytics, and strategic infrastructure recommendations. The associated asset register identifies existing equipment including Cisco and Ubiquiti wireless access points and switches, a Fortinet security appliance, and a CIPAFilter district firewall. Vendors must provide fixed hourly or monthly pricing and separate one-, two-, and three-year options; itemize equipment, shipping, surcharges, taxes, and labor; include an installation scope of work; identify the closest business office or service center; and address equivalent alternative equipment. Proposals must include a valid 498 ID (SPIN), agreement to maintain a current FCC Form 473 (SPAC), the Lowest Corresponding Price, and support for either SPI or BEAR invoicing.
