Description
North East Independent School District is soliciting proposals from major non-alcoholic beverage vendors to provide beverage products and related services for district athletic centers and sports facilities. The scope includes carbonated and noncarbonated beverages, fruit juices and drinks, sports beverages, teas, bottled water, and flavored water, along with product pricing, commissions, incentives, delivery, reporting, and customer support. Purchases will be made as needed, and the District does not guarantee quantities, annual volume, or dollar amounts. The awarded vendor must provide 43 refrigerated, glass-front beverage coolers with capacity for approximately 400 20-ounce beverages each. The vendor is responsible for cooler delivery, installation, setup, maintenance, repair, and replacement, as well as standard delivery of beverage orders within 48 hours and equipment service calls within 48 business hours. Required proposal materials include product pricing and commission schedules, proposed cooler brochures or photographs, sample monthly vending activity and delivery reports, incentive details, proof of insurance, completed vendor and disclosure forms, a notarized hold-harmless agreement, and three references for substantially similar projects. The anticipated contract term is three years with two additional one-year renewal options.
