Description
The Victoria Housing Finance Corporation, in partnership with a developer, is seeking proposals to develop an approximately 3.38-acre former water treatment plant site at the southeast corner of Pine and Levi Streets, east of downtown Victoria. The site is to be subdivided and developed for single-family housing. The opportunity involves development planning, subdivision, infrastructure, construction, financing, and related housing development activities.
