Description
Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is conducting market research for calibration and potential repair services for one Emerson/Rosemount Compact Annubar multivariable flow meter, Model 3051SFC1AS020N000T73JA1A3Q4 M5F2. The equipment will be furnished by the Government and shipped to the contractor. Calibration and any associated repairs must be performed at a facility owned and operated by a certified/accredited commercial calibration activity or the original equipment manufacturer, with the equipment returned to the shipyard within 14 business days of arrival at that facility. The provider must maintain applicable certification or accreditation covering the required measurement parameters, ranges, and accuracies, and must meet specified test accuracy, traceability, reporting, repair-authorization, and government-furnished-property requirements. Required technical deliverables include a certificate of calibration, maintenance report, and condition found report. This is a Sources Sought notice for market research, not a solicitation or request for proposals; interested sources must submit a capability statement in PDF format, limited to five pages, addressing company information, technical capabilities, accreditation, property-management capability, debarment status, and relevant supplemental materials.
