Description
The City of Lauderhill is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive elevator maintenance and repair services for all elevators within city buildings. The scope of work includes proactive full maintenance, fixed pricing for maintenance and repairs, annual testing and inspections, fixed hourly rates for routine service, and on-demand services. Proposals must be submitted electronically via IonWave by May 21, 2026. Vendors are required to register on the City of Lauderhill's vendor portal at www.colvendor.com. Local vendor participation is encouraged and qualifies for Local Vendor Preference.
