Description
The City of Dania Beach is seeking bids for the Dania Beach Blvd West Landscape Improvements Phase II project. This project involves the installation and establishment of landscaping along S.R. A1A East Dania Beach Blvd, from S.R. 5 (US 1) to SE 5th Avenue. The scope of work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and any other appurtenances necessary for the completion of the project as shown on the drawings and specified in the plant list. This also includes maintenance and watering of all contract planting areas until certification of acceptability by the owner. All work must be completed in accordance with Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) guidelines. Bidders must be qualified contractors with experience in similar projects. A bid bond of 5% of the bid price is required. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informality, and award the contract in the best interest of the City.
