Description
The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking bids from qualified contractors to supply and install quartz countertops for housing apartments on an as-needed basis. The work includes removal of existing countertops, fabrication and installation of quartz countertops (Wilsonart Quartz 3cm "Gobi" or "Winters Veil" or approved equal) for kitchen and bathroom cabinets/vanities, including backsplash, edge profile, and preparation for top-mount basins. The contractor must field-verify measurements, coordinate with the project manager, and perform work in accordance with architectural plans and specifications. The contract covers two locations: Pines Point Residences (28 units) and Pines Place Residences (68 units). The initial term is one year with two optional one-year renewals.
