Description
The Quincy Retirement System Board seeks experienced managers of closed-end non-core real estate debt or equity funds. The Board intends to commit approximately $18 million in total. Proposed funds must have a target size of at least $350 million, target a value-add risk profile, invest only in the United States, and be diversified across property types and geographies, targeting more than 20 properties. Secondary and fund-of-funds investments are excluded. Selected managers must comply with Massachusetts General Laws Chapters 32 and 176, applicable PERAC regulations (840 CMR), and the PERAC Placement Agent Policy. Any selection is subject to Board approval, a written contract, and PERAC approval.
