Description
The Massachusetts Executive Office of Technology Services and Security is seeking an accessible video player and/or hosting solution for videos embedded on Mass.gov, supporting up to 25 users and complying with the Commonwealth’s Digital Accessibility Standards. Requested accessibility capabilities include keyboard and screen-reader support, captions and transcripts, multiple languages, audio description, adjustable caption display, and picture-in-picture support for sign-language interpretation or translation. The solution should also provide video management and hosting features such as playlists, chapters, editable auto-captions, custom public URLs, privacy controls, and at least 7 TB of storage, and must be compatible with the Mass.gov Drupal CMS. A video-player-only solution must be compatible with Vimeo or YouTube hosting. Responses are limited to current bidders on Statewide Contract ITS86. Bidders must complete the RFQ Response Form and Risk Management Form; the Cloud Terms Table is required for cloud-based offerings, and the Statement of Work Template is required when proposing professional services. The response also requires product and service descriptions, security-practice information, pricing, and three comparable references. Responses must be submitted through COMMBUYS by the stated deadline.
