Description
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Executive Office of Technology Services and Security is procuring a commercially available enterprise observability platform and related services. The quoted Phase 1 scope includes software or SaaS, implementation and configuration, integrations, support and maintenance, training, dashboards, synthetic monitoring, alerting, service mapping, role-based access control, APIs, audit logging, data retention, and coexistence with existing monitoring tools. The platform must provide service-health visibility across VMware or equivalent virtual infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Internet-facing services, Microsoft Entra ID, and Active Directory. The vendor must deliver discovery and architecture work, an implementation plan, configured integrations and dashboards, monitor and alert catalogs, an operational runbook, knowledge transfer, as-built documentation, and acceptance testing. Vendors must also describe how the platform can support future infrastructure, cloud, network, application-performance, digital-experience, AIOps, and automation capabilities. Only Phase 1 is priced and awarded under this RFQ; future phases are roadmap requirements and are not guaranteed.
