Description

This RFP seeks proposals for six specialty invasive ventilators for adults and ten BiPAP machines, including associated installation, integration, acceptance testing, commissioning, training, maintenance, service, updates, and applicable consumables. Proponents may bid on one or both equipment categories. The procurement evaluates clinical, technical, service, training, and financial factors, with pricing based on total life costs. Required responses include technical, clinical, information technology, and general requirements questionnaires; capital equipment, service, consumables, and maintenance pricing; quotations; product and regulatory information; installation and training schedules; insurance and certification documentation; subcontractor information; and a proposed redlined strategic supplier agreement. Equipment must support on-site evaluation, acceptance testing, clinical validation, integration with hospital IT systems, and ongoing maintenance and training.
