Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting a Request for Information to identify qualified sources capable of repairing a Fuji Sonosite X-Porte ultrasound engine. Respondents should describe their capabilities, including whether they are the manufacturer, distributor, authorized reseller, or an equivalent-solution provider, and explain any alterations, assembly, or modifications they perform. Responses should address business size and socioeconomic status, applicable federal contract vehicles, subcontracting and self-performance percentages, general pricing, UEI, DUNS number, CAGE code, and clear evidence that any equivalent solution meets the stated salient characteristics. This notice is for market research and planning only, is not a solicitation, and will not result in a contract award.
