Description
The United Nations Development Programme in Ecuador is seeking a single supplier to provide medical and emergency-response equipment for health facilities and community risk-management committees in the cantons of Latacunga and Alausí. The requested goods include automated external defibrillators, oxygen concentrators and cylinders, pulse oximeters, fetal Dopplers, infusion pumps, thermometers, blood-pressure monitors, glucometers, stethoscopes, laryngoscopes, splint and suture kits, trauma tools, spinal boards, cervical collars, emergency blankets, tactical and protective equipment, and medical lighting. The supplier must provide the complete quantity of all listed items; partial quotations are not permitted. Delivery is required within 45 calendar days after issuance of the purchase order, under DAP terms, with transportation, packaging, delivery to the specified facilities, operating manuals, applicable warranties, and any applicable installation included. The offer must include the completed technical-requirements and financial-offer annexes, company profile and registration documentation, evidence of at least five years of medical-equipment sales experience, and references or evidence from at least two satisfactorily completed comparable processes.
