Description
University Health Network is soliciting proposals for echocardiography imaging tables and accessories, including delivery, installation, training, and ongoing support. The opportunity may also be used by other purchasers at UHN's option. The submission requires completed questionnaires covering business requirements, clinical requirements, equipment specifications, support and lifecycle management, environmental sustainability, infection prevention and control, accessibility and patient safety, and value-added offerings. Required supporting documents include equipment specifications, support and lifecycle management materials, sustainability materials, infection prevention and control materials, accessibility and patient safety materials, value-add materials, and a pricing exhibit. The accessibility and patient safety and value-add questionnaires and their supporting documents are identified as optional.
