Description
The United Nations Development Programme is seeking one supplier to provide and deliver a broad range of biomedical equipment and consumables. The requirements include high-flow nasal cannula oxygen-therapy equipment, a general-purpose Doppler ultrasound system with probes, compatible cardiac and vascular probes for a SonoScape E2 portable ultrasound, a complete CV-240 digestive video-endoscopy system and accessories, reusable biopsy forceps, portable gastric aspirators, disinfectants, tracheotomy kits, infusion equipment, syringes, anesthesia kits, and Stimuplex needles. The supplier must provide technical compliance information, manufacturer technical sheets, operating and maintenance manuals, consumables lists, applicable CE/FDA or internationally recognized equivalent certifications, manufacturer authorization or authorized-distributor documentation, and confirmation of spare-parts availability for at least five years for specified equipment. The offer must include a minimum 24-month manufacturer warranty, local or regional after-sales service, delivery within three months of purchase-order receipt, installation, commissioning, user training, and transfer of maintenance knowledge. Equipment must be new and unused, and the supplier must submit both a signed PDF and an Excel version of the detailed quotation in addition to completing the required portal response.
