Description
The Bureau of Reclamation is conducting market research for janitorial and custodial services at the Estes and Marys Lake Powerplants. The contractor would provide labor, materials, transportation, supplies, equipment, and supervision for cleaning on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semiannual, and annual schedules. Work includes restroom and kitchen cleaning, trash removal, dusting, floor care, window cleaning, and related upkeep. The draft performance work statement covers approximately 25,000 square feet and specifies cleaning methods, personnel, safety, and facility-access requirements. The anticipated contract structure is a one-year base period plus four one-year options. This is a Sources Sought notice only, not a solicitation for proposals, quotes, or bids. Interested firms are asked to submit a capability statement of no more than five pages and information about at least three similar projects completed within the past five years, along with business and small-business classification details.
