Description
DeKalb County School District seeks qualified banking institutions to provide comprehensive banking and non-banking monetary services for its central depository, controlled-disbursement, and local school accounts. Required services include account administration, daily funding of controlled-disbursement accounts, interest-bearing accounts and investment support, online banking and treasury management, ACH and wire services, account reconciliation, check imaging, electronic statements, and safekeeping of securities. The district may make multiple awards. The scope also includes online payment services for cafeteria meals and other fees, with integration to the district's MUNIS financial software, and may include checks, deposit slips, and endorsement stamps. Optional services include an accounts-payable automated vendor invoice payment system and armored-car deposit pickups at school locations. Proposals must address the requested service capabilities and pricing, and include organizational qualifications, relevant experience, references, and a transition plan if applicable.
