Description
Fulton County seeks qualified firms to provide as-needed landscape design and installation services at County facilities. Work may range from repairing or replacing individual landscape assets to redesigning and installing complete landscape packages. The scope includes landscape and limited hardscape design, construction documents, planting and turf work, irrigation installation and repair, tree removal, site grading and drainage, and related site amenities. Services also include ongoing grounds maintenance, such as mowing, pruning, mulching, seasonal planting, pest control, irrigation management, and debris removal. Designs must be completed in AutoCAD Release 14 or higher, and the County anticipates a one-year contract with two one-year renewal options. Proposals must include a technical proposal, cost proposal, required purchasing forms, contract compliance materials, and insurance-related submission materials. The technical proposal must address the project approach, key personnel, relevant experience and references, personnel availability, and applicable preference claims. A current business license is also required with the proposal.
