Description
Dallas Area Rapid Transit seeks a contractor to provide domestic and international small-package shipping services from its headquarters to destinations throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, and Mexico. Services include overnight express, second-day, and ground delivery for packages weighing approximately 1 to 150 pounds. The contractor will pick up packages from DART's headquarters, transport them to domestic and international destinations, and provide proof of delivery for every shipment. DART will package the items and coordinate pickup and delivery arrangements, including shipping labels and bills of lading. The anticipated volume is approximately 55 shipments per month, with pickup hours Monday through Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The contract period is three years. Required submission materials include the solicitation and offer form, pricing schedules, Exhibit H Statement of Work, Exhibit L Business Questionnaire, and Exhibit V Employee Information Report.
