Description
The Colorado Department of Natural Resources, on behalf of the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, seeks vendors to conduct residential pre-enrollment home inspections for the Mine Subsidence Protection Program on an as-needed basis. Work includes completing inspections and reports using the program’s inspection criteria and templates. Vendors must identify which of the listed service areas they can cover: Boulder, Broomfield, Weld, and Jefferson Counties, or El Paso County. Responses must include the completed Submission Form and bid schedule, a business summary, up to three recent client references for similar services performed in the past year, information about the personnel who will perform the inspections, a resume for each listed person, and a redacted sample home inspection report from an inspection completed within the last six months. Pricing is requested for inspection completion, report completion, travel and miscellaneous expenses, and any additional per-square-foot cost for homes larger than 3,000 square feet. The award may be made to one or multiple vendors; work is not guaranteed, and the initial term may be extended annually for up to four additional years.
