Public Services and Procurement Canada is seeking bilingual French- and English-speaking consultants to provide, on an as-needed basis, materials, quality control, and construction inspection services for multiple projects. The requirement is structured as a Regional Individual Standing Offer, with an initial period from November 15, 2026, or issuance of the standing offer, through November 14, 2027, and two one-year option periods.
