Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for a new 36-month lease of Karl Storz endoscopy equipment supporting General Surgery, Urology, Gynecology, ENT/Airway, and Arthroscopy. The equipment includes video systems, insufflators, wireless video components, monitors, carts, rigid and flexible scopes, NIR/ICG imaging equipment, printers, and related accessories. The scope includes new and rollover equipment, OEM installation, configuration, testing, software support, training, documentation, and full-service maintenance with replacement parts and labor. This is a notice of intent to sole source, not an RFQ or RFP. The agency identifies L1 Enterprises Incorporated as Karl Storz Endoscopy America’s exclusive authorized SDVOSB reseller for the complete equipment lease and OEM service scope. Responses must demonstrate current OEM authorization, equipment equivalency and clinical compatibility, comparable endoscopy lease and maintenance experience, and NAICS 339112 business size and active SAM registration.
