Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking capability information from qualified businesses able to provide annual preventive maintenance and support services for Environmental Management Service janitorial equipment at the Detroit VA Medical Center. The equipment includes steam cleaners, extractors, vacuums, scrubbers, power washers, and similar equipment. The contractor would provide management, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, and labor to develop and implement a preventive maintenance and repair plan; inspect equipment; perform manufacturer-recommended maintenance; service equipment to maximize performance and service life; and provide parts lists and labor estimates for repairs outside the preventive-maintenance scope. Respondents must submit a capability statement addressing relevant qualifications and similar past experience, organizational and socioeconomic information, and answers to three market-research questions. This is a Sources Sought notice only, not a solicitation or request for pricing.
