Description
Texas A&M University Mail Services is seeking a qualified vendor to convert three existing locker units and implement a configurable package-tracking locker software system for its College Station campus. The scope includes conversion of one 145-box Zhilai unit, one 36-box Keba unit, and one 73-box Zhilai unit; delivery and installation of hardware additions; software deployment; campus student-ID and authentication integration; compatibility testing; and ADA-compliant, contactless kiosk functionality. The system must support package and letter-mail workflows, chain-of-custody tracking, package consolidation, AI-powered OCR scanning, real-time administrative dashboards and analytics, student notifications, unlimited users and devices, and a student-facing mail-services application. The vendor must provide unlimited training, 24/7 helpdesk and technical support, and ongoing hardware and software maintenance. Proposals must include purchase and lease pricing options, three comparable client references from the past five years, a technical proposal, signed execution documents, a non-collusion affidavit, a sample insurance certificate, a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template, TX-RAMP certification, and applicable addenda.
