Description
The Department of Justice Canada is soliciting offers from eligible holders of the Workspaces Supply Arrangement E60PQ-140003/D for office furniture in Categories 1, 2, 3, 5, and 6: workstation systems, work-surface products, filing and storage products, ancillary products, and collaborative products. The requirement includes specified quantities of work surfaces, pedestals, storage towers and cabinets, power modules, tasklights, privacy screens, bar stools, and a collaborative meeting table, along with proposed manufacturer, series, model, pricing, discounts, available finishes, and delivery and installation pricing. The contractor must supply, deliver, unload, transport, and install the furniture; inspect products, make minor adjustments and repairs, clean the products and installation site, remove debris, and participate in post-installation inspections and deficiency correction. Offers are evaluated by category, with award based on the lowest evaluated price among compliant offers. The offer must include a technical and financial offer, the Offer Submission Form (Annex C), the Offeror Declaration Form (Annex D), and the completed requirement and basis-of-payment tables in Annex E.
