Description
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency seeks an experienced contractor to provide continuous facility operations and maintenance services for the Region 10 Manchester Laboratory complex. The scope includes operating and maintaining mechanical systems, minimizing breakdowns, preserving the facilities, and efficiently operating building systems and equipment across multiple buildings on a 17.5-acre site. The facility supports chemical and microbiological analysis, whole effluent toxicity testing, method development, applied science, and related environmental activities. The contract may also include discretionary work involving facility operations, maintenance, repairs, and upgrades beyond the basic monthly services. The procurement is a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside, with one base period and four option periods, and an estimated total value of $5 million to $8 million.
