Description
The City of Commerce is soliciting a lump-sum bid to upgrade its emergency operations center. The listed work categories include industrial and commercial building construction, structural and exterior work, electrical and wiring installation, plumbing, heating and air-conditioning, building equipment, drywall, painting, flooring, lighting, demolition and haul-away, ADA improvements, construction management and inspection, and related computer facilities management and computer services. Bidders must hold a valid California Class B General Building Contractor license at the time of bid, award, and throughout performance. Attendance at the mandatory pre-bid meeting and site walk is required for bid consideration.
