Description
The Massachusetts Executive Office of Technology Services and Security is conducting a Request for Information to understand the marketplace for an enterprise customer and relationship platform. The desired platform would support customer, organization, contact, relationship, sales, service, engagement, workflow, data, analytics, automation, legal case management, and related business processes across multiple Commonwealth entities. Respondents are asked to provide factual, point-by-point information addressing platform capabilities, hierarchical administration and billing, architecture and integrations, data onboarding and portability, security and compliance, accessibility, scalability, governance, implementation, commercial structure, five-year total cost of ownership, product strategy, artificial intelligence, and supporting enterprise experience. Responses must distinguish native functionality from configuration, low-code, custom development, third-party products, professional services, partner dependencies, and roadmap capabilities. This RFI does not commit the Commonwealth to a future procurement or contract.
