Description
A cooperative of school districts in Suffolk County, led by South Huntington Union Free School District, is soliciting sealed bids for labor and materials for chain link fencing under Cooperative Bid #27-01B. Participating entities include numerous school districts, BOCES organizations, and related educational entities in Suffolk County. The contract term is November 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. Bids must use the standard proposal form, be submitted in sealed envelopes marked “South Huntington Union Free School District- Cooperative Bid Chain Link Fencing,” and remain valid for 45 days after bid opening. Specifications and bid forms are available from the lead district’s Purchasing Office beginning September 24, 2026. The boards may consider bidder experience, service, reputation, financial responsibility, and qualifications when evaluating bids.
