NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support is soliciting a sole-source five-year requirements contract for the repair and modification of Government-furnished APX-111 system assemblies supporting Navy and Foreign Military Sales requirements. The scope includes radar set subassemblies, radio-frequency tuning units, command-control targets, circuit card assemblies, power supplies, and receiver-transmitters. The solicitation identifies 11 National Stock Numbers with estimated quantities ranging from 44 to 317 units; quantities are estimates and are neither minimum nor maximum requirements. The contractor must provide the labor, facilities, materials, parts, tooling, testing, inspection, packaging, and reporting needed to return the items to Ready-for-Issue condition. The requirement is restricted to previously approved sources because the items are flight-critical and available technical data is inadequate for full and open competition. New sources must submit the information required by the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Information Brochure with their offer. The solicitation identifies BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Integration Inc. as the only qualified source, CAGE 80249. The resulting contract will have a five-year base period plus five successive 12-month option periods, with performance stated from January 3, 2028, through January 3, 2033.
