Description
The City of Sunland Park is soliciting sealed bids for construction of flood-control and related site improvements at the Sunland Park Sports Complex. The base bid includes clearing and grubbing, excavation, subgrade preparation, aggregate base course, structural concrete, reinforced shotcrete channel lining, storm-drain pipe and drainage structures, removals, gabions, barriers, a gate, a concrete access roadway, curbs, permeable Grasscrete, landscaping, irrigation, traffic control, construction staking, and post-construction plans. The solicitation also identifies additive alternates for remaining flood-control and site improvements, including additional channel lining, storm-drain pipe, gabions, access improvements, grading, shaping, and establishment of proposed contours and drainage patterns. Bidders must hold an appropriate current New Mexico contracting license. Bid documents are available electronically through the consultant's online plan room, subject to registration or login.
