Description
The Bureau of Indian Education is soliciting a firm-fixed-price purchase order for radios and related communication services for Tuba City Boarding School. The requirement includes 15 DTP9751 portable 4G LTE FirstNet radios, 30 SR500 mobile 4G LTE FirstNet radios, one dispatch/GPS console software package for PC, activation, programming, and SIM installation for 46 units, mobile radio installation for 30 units, 30 mobile-radio airtime subscriptions, 46 unlimited group and private airtime subscriptions, 30 optional GPS-tracking subscriptions, and 45 FirstNet access subscriptions. The solicitation is a brand-name-or-equal requirement. Equivalent products must be accompanied by a comparison report demonstrating that they meet or exceed the stated salient characteristics. Quotes must provide technical descriptions, pricing, delivery lead times, and any applicable authorized-reseller proof; refurbished, gray-market, backordered, or not-yet-manufactured products are not acceptable. The anticipated period of performance is one year from award, with delivery identified for September 24, 2027.
