Description
The Town seeks a New Jersey-licensed real estate appraiser to defend against real property tax appeals filed by property owners. Proposals will be evaluated based on experience and reputation, staff adequacy, knowledge of the Town and relevant subject matter, availability for meetings, compensation, and other factors deemed to be in the Town’s best interests. Submissions must describe the qualifications and experience of the individuals performing the work, past performance, references, ability to provide timely services, technical process and equipment, and cost details. The solicitation also requests a certification addressing compliance with applicable equal employment opportunity requirements, conflicts of interest, and professional malpractice or errors and omissions insurance. The contract term is January 1 through December 31, 2027.
