Description
The Department of the Interior’s Interior Business Center, on behalf of the Appraisal and Valuation Services Office, intends to make a sole-source, firm-fixed-price award to CBRE for a market valuation and appraisal report covering approximately 487 acres of land in the Missouri River floodplain. The notice invites interested parties to submit capability statements to inform the Government’s decision on whether to compete the acquisition; it is not a request for competitive quotes. Capability statements are limited to five pages and must be submitted electronically in a Microsoft Office-compatible format or Adobe Acrobat, with text no smaller than 11-point font (8-point minimum for table and graph labels). The maximum file size is 8 MB. Proprietary material must be clearly marked. The anticipated period of performance is 90 days.
