Description
The City seeks a qualified, certified firm to provide real estate appraisal services on an as-needed basis for City-owned properties within the city and county limits. Work includes appraisals and appraisal reviews, cost estimates, USPAP-compliant reports, property and comparable research, valuation analyses, and supporting maps, photographs, and documentation. Appraisals may involve acquisition or conveyance, partial acquisitions, damages, and enhancements; the scope also includes site visits and analysis of highest and best use. The firm must provide appraiser license and qualification information with each appraisal and deliver draft appraisals within 30 calendar days, with final appraisals due within two business days of notice unless otherwise agreed. The contract is for one year, with two optional one-year renewals.
