Description
The City of St. Louis is soliciting bids for a fixed-price contract for natural gas transportation services. The solicitation identifies estimated requirements, permits award on an item or total-award basis, and allows the City to extend the contract for an additional period not exceeding the original contract term, subject to the stated conditions. Bidders must submit the required Buy American Form, Minority and Women Owned Form, Bid Signature Form, Product Specification document, Anti-Israel Affidavit, Certificate of Independent Price Determination, Performance Bond Page, Certificate of Insurance, Contract Cover Page Form, and E-Verify Affidavit. The Anti-Israel Affidavit and E-Verify Affidavit require notarization. A performance bond or cashier's check may be required as specified by the Supply Commissioner. The solicitation also includes City requirements concerning affirmative action, audit access, taxes and licensing, insurance, local and Missouri preferences, and contract terms.
